The Ball Joint is growing which means we need experienced automotive technicians (Red Seal) that want to join our team.  We know we aren’t the only shop in town, and we know that as an automotive technician you have employment options.

The work

As an experienced technician you will work alongside other experienced technicians as well as provide leadership and mentorship to apprentices on our team.  We provide servicing of all engine components, suspension systems, exhaust systems, brakes, tune ups and regular preventative maintenance.  As a technician at The Ball Joint, you would be responsible for working in all of these areas.

competitive compensation

This is a full-time role working 8:30-5:00pm Monday to Friday.  We provide extended health benefits, incentive programs, and lunch a few times a month. And yes, we offer a competitive wage.  We pay fair wages because we don’t want this to get in the way of the amazing work we can do together for our customers.
